I mean, for what you’re paying, it’s worth it. Is it some super fancy, life-changing thing? No, and I don’t know why people expect that at this price point. But it does the job, feels fair, and I didn’t feel ripped off, which is more than I can say for half the stuff out there lately

"Fast shipping, just not exactly cheap"
I ordered from Big Tex Store and, to be fair, the shipping was actually quicker than I expected. I got tracking soon, and the package showed up in good shape, so that was nice. Not much to complain about there. I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping cost was a bit high, but apparently that’s just how things are now.

I ordered a couple things from Big Tex Store and it all showed up the way I picked it out. The sizes, colors, and amounts were right, so I was happy about that part.
Shipping wasnt exactly quick, but nothing was missing or messed up when it got here. I’d probably give it 4 stars since the order was accurate, just not amazing overall

"Good quality and feels worth it"
I’m happy with it overall. The quality feels solid, and I haven’t had any issues so far. It’s always nice when something is made well and you feel like your money went toward something worthwhile.

"Support got back to me quickly"
So... I had a question about my order and was surprised by how fast support replied. They were helpful and got everything sorted out. I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to follow up once, but overall it was a decent experience.
